CCCAOE North/Far North Regional Vice-President

The North/Far North includes 14 member colleges, geographically distributed from Sacramento on the south, the Oregon border on the north, the Pacific Ocean on the west, and the Nevada state line on the east. The region is primarily rural covering 24 counties and some of the most beautiful areas of the State. The colleges of the combined regions serve over 140,000 students. The highest enrollments in occupational education courses are in business management, computer instruction, engineering and related technologies, health careers, consumer education, and agriculture and natural resources. Nearly all of the colleges offer customized workforce training for business and many have economic development programs.
