Join us at the Fall 2026 CCCAOE Conference to connect with California’s leading Career Technical Education administrators, educators, and industry partners. This year’s theme, Stronger Together, highlights the importance of connecting policy, practice, and people across our colleges and the broader system. By breaking down silos within our institutions and strengthening collaboration across statewide partners, we can better align efforts to support student pathways and meet California’s workforce needs.

Breakout Session Proposal Submissions Are Open for Fall 2026
Innovation in community colleges doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens through partnership. We are excited to announce that session proposals are now open for our upcoming CCCAOE Spring 2026 conference focused on “Stronger Together.”
We are seeking dynamic presenters to share their expertise, success stories, and innovative strategies in Career and Technical Education (CTE). Whether you have developed a groundbreaking industry partnership or found a way to use AI to streamline student support.

CCCAOE is accepting proposals for breakout sessions in the following strands.
Submission Categories:
- Teaching and Learning Innovation in Career Education. (Including AI)
Emphasis is on innovative, engaging, and skills-focused instruction.
- Expanding Access: Reaching New and Under-served Learners.
Emphasis is on outreach, flexible program design, and creating inclusive on-ramps.

Highlighting how colleges design seamless, student-centered experiences.
- Program Design and Innovation for Workforce Pathways.
Emphasizing the design, launch, and scaling of high-quality career education programs.
- Data, Funding, and Accountability: Telling Our Story.
Coordination across divisions to improve accuracy, transparency, and advocacy.

Practices that break down silos and promote shared ownership of student success.

F.A.Q.
Are hotel accommodations included in my registration?
No. All attendees are responsible for covering the cost of their own hotel accommodations.
Will Meals be provided to attendees?
Yes, breakfast will be provided on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. A light evening reception is served on Wednesday evening.
What if I can’t attend after registering — can I get a refund or transfer my registration to someone else?
You may request a refund for the Leadership Academy no later than 11:59 PM PST, 20 calendar days before the start of the program. After that date, no refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization.
