Breakout Session Proposal Submissions Have Closed — Thank You for Your Interest

Innovation in community colleges doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens through partnership. We are excited to announce that session proposals are now open for our upcoming CCCAOE Spring 2026 conference focused on “Collaborating for Success.”

We are seeking dynamic presenters to share their expertise, success stories, and innovative strategies in Career and Technical Education (CTE). Whether you have developed a groundbreaking industry partnership or found a way to use AI to streamline student support.

Are hotel accommodations included in my registration?

No. All attendees are responsible for covering the cost of their own hotel accommodations.

Will Meals be provided to attendees?

Yes, breakfast will be provided on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. A light evening reception is served on Wednesday evening.

What if I can’t attend after registering — can I get a refund or transfer my registration to someone else?

You may request a refund for the Leadership Academy no later than 11:59 PM PST, 20 calendar days before the start of the program. After that date, no refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization.
