SPRING 2025 CALL FOR PRESENTATION PROPOSALS

The proposal phase for 2025 Sessions will open on November 19th. 

Deadline to Submit: January 21, 2025

Notification of Selection – Will occur by February 23, 2025

INFORMATIONAL LETTER – Coming soon

Breakout session Proposal SUBMISSION FORM  – Coming soon

Breakout Sessions will be scheduled on Thursday, April 10th 

Pre-Conference session Proposal SUBMISSION FORM  – Coming soon

Keynote and Plenary session Proposal SUBMISSION FORM  – Coming soon

Conference Dates: April 7-11, 2025

After the proposals are reviewed, an email notification will be sent from presentations@cccaoe.org by February 23rd.

Make sure to mark this email address as safe so it doesn’t go to spam.

A secondary form will be sent at that time to collect all headshots, bios, and information for the presenters of the accepted proposals.
