Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations for Conferences
The cancellation deadline is 10 days before a conference or workshop begins.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after close of business on this day.
All cancellations are subjected to a $50.00 processing fee.
Please submit cancellations to registration@cccaoe.org
Refunds will take 4 – 6 weeks post conference.
Cancellations for Leadership Academy
The cancellation deadline is 20 days before a conference or workshop begins.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after close of business on this day.
All cancellations are subjected to a $50.00 processing fee.
Please submit cancellations to registration@cccaoe.org
Refunds will take 4 – 6 weeks post conference.
Attendance Substitutes
After the cancellation deadline, you are responsible for full payment. However, Attendance Substitutes are acceptable.
Please email substitute’s first and last name, cellphone (for registration purposes) as well as their job title and college/organization affiliation to registration@cccaoe.org for name tag and registration purposes as early as possible. Also, please include your name and organization in the email
No Shows
No shows are subject to full payment of conference;
NO REFUNDS will be given.
