Refunds and Cancellations – Our Policy

Cancellations for Conferences

The cancellation deadline is 10 days before a conference or workshop begins.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after the close of business on this day.

CCCAOE encourages substitutions from within a community college/district. See the substitution policy below regarding this process.

No refunds for no-shows.

Please submit cancellations to registration@cccaoe.org before the 10-day cutoff. In this email, please include the following information in your refund request: your name, institution, mailing address, amount, and invoice number. 

The 2.9% processing fee will not be refunded if you paid by credit card.

Cancellations for Leadership Academy

The cancellation deadline is 20 days before the academy begins.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after the close of business on this day.

Attendance Substitutes

After the cancellation deadline, you are responsible for full payment. However, Attendance Substitutes are acceptable. Please email registration@cccaoe.org with your name, organization, invoice/ticket number, the substitute’s first and last name, email address, and cellphone number (for registration purposes), as well as their job title and college/organization affiliation, as early as possible.

No Shows

No-shows are subject to full payment of the conference; NO REFUNDS will be given.
