CCCAOE Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadlines

  • CCCAOE Conference: Cancellations must be made by 11:59 PM PST at least 10 calendar days before the start of a CCCAOE Conference. No refunds will be issued after that time.  (Fall 2025 cancellation deadline: October 13, 2025, by 11:59 PM PST)
  • Leadership Academy: Cancellations must be made by 11:59 PM PST at least 20 calendar days before the start of Leadership Academy. No refunds will be issued after that time.

Attendance Substitutes

Attendance Substitutions
We encourage you to submit an attendee substitution rather than cancel your registration. If you are unable to attend, someone from your college or organization may attend in your place.

If you miss the cancellation deadline, a substitution is still allowed and is a great way to ensure your registration is used.

To request a substitution, please email registration@cccaoe.org with the following information:

  • Your name and organization
  • Invoice or ticket number
  • Substitute’s full name
  • Substitute’s email address and cellphone number (for registration purposes)
  • Substitute’s job title and college/organization affiliation

Please send substitution requests as early as possible to ensure a smooth registration process.

Requesting a Cancellation

  • Please submit cancellations to registration@cccaoe.org before the cancellation deadline. Include the following information in your refund request:
    • Name
    • Institution
    • Amount paid
    • Invoice number

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed 15 business days after CCCAOE receives the request.
  • Please note that, depending on your credit card provider’s policies, credit card agencies may take an additional 7 days to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
  • The credit card processing fee is non-refundable. 

No Shows

No refunds will be given for no-shows to Conference, Leadership Academy or Any other CCCAOE Event.
